Middle of trail along mesic forest bordering the
Montserrat Volcanic Observatory. Near West end of S.
Snyder’s transect. Prostrate herb with erect
inflorescence and rooting at the nodes. Flowers bright
pink and fuchsia. Fruit grass green. No distinct smell.
