edge below rapids.
6° 20' 22"N, 60° 34' 32" W Elev. 125 m.
Mossy rocks, trees with epiphytes overhanging river. Seasonally
flooded area with many ferns and mosses. Hemiepiphytic shrub
overhanging river ca. 4 m tall. Inflorescence terminal. Buds white,
flowers pink inside (perianth pink), fertile parts yellow, sticky.
Cream colored latex present in all plant parts.
