Shrub to 2m. Leaves glossy above. Lateral shoot buds subtending
inflorescence, with bulbous mass at tip when young. Inflorescence
terminal. Sepal cupulate, green. Petals white with pink blush,
reflexed at anthesis. Stamens reflexed at anthesis,.
