woodland, cultivated. Growing with Aquilegia Canadensis, Mikael’s
Wood Fern, grasses, under the shade of Quercus palustris.
Small stature, yet upright. Multiple flowers, on an umbel, nodding away
on a single scape. Petals vivid purble and sharply reflexed. Anthers
protruding. Small basal rosette of leaves.
