plants in several large patches in well drained sandy
loam on higher parts of grassy sloping roadbank
below post oak woodland and pasture, SW side of
new St. Rt. 71, 0.2 mi SE of its jet. with Plum
Church Rd., or 1.4 mi NW of Old Lockhart Rd.,
NW of La Grange. La Grange West Quadrangle.
Associates include Castilleja indivisa, Trifolium bejariense,
Arenaria dnraimondii, Lupinus subcamosus, various
unidentified vegetative grasses.
