flows into the Savannah River. Site #23 (Lat.
34012?35"; Long. 82¦37,4011)+ just south of S. C.
71 bridge; about 3/4 mile east of town of Lowndes-
ville, S. C. Below the 475-ft. contour (full-pool
for proposed Russell Lake; impoundment in mid-1980's
by U. S. Army Corps of Engineers).
