ca. 0.5 mile east-northeast of junction of County
Roads 252 and 254: ca. one mile south of confluence
of Coldwater Creek with the Savannah River. Below
the 475-ft. contour (full pool for proposed Russell
Lake). Area to be impounded in mid-1980fs.
