The New York Botanical Garden Plants of BOLIVIA Malvaceae Pavonia DEPTO. Santa Cruz, Prov. Vallegrande, along dirt road to Pampa Negra in the Rio Mizque valley, 2.5 km (by air) and ca. 5 km by road SW of junction with the Vallegrande- Lagunilla and Moro Moro road. 18°25’52”S, 64°15’28”W. alt. 2070 m. Forest remnant on slopes, with Cedrela, Tipuana tipu, Spindly shrub 2 m. tall. Flowers yellow, the petals and stamens more or less the same color. Coll.: M. Nee & J. M.
