Shrub 4 m. tall, a few others on this hillside pasture on W-
facing slope, grazing pressure reduced over the years and
with much invasion by Zanthoxylum americanum, Lonicera
tatarica/x bella complex, and other shrubs and young tress,
but this one the oldest Elaeagnus umbellata in the area.
Flowers yellow, more advanced than in no. Nee 54397.
