Description
Leaves 4 to 7 feet long, 12 to 18 inches across, 3 to 5 to stem, in 2 rows, dark green above, much paler beneath; yellowish infrutescence terminal, spicate, 2 ft long not including the 1 foot long 3/4 in. thick peduncle; fruits hard, shining green, nearly globose, 0.5 in. thick, with numerous yellowish seeds; Flowers pale white, succulent, suberect, deciduous with the greenish calyx out of strongly imbricate scaly brown persistent base. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
