Euphorbia inundata Torr, ex Chapm.
EUPHORBIACEAE
Low herbs, common, petaloid glands red-green with red
margins. Growing in an open pine savanna with widely-
scattered young trees, burned 1-2 months earlier, in moist
sandy-organic soil. With Aletris lutea, A. obovata, A. x
tottenii (= A lutea x A. obovata), Andropogon sp., Aristida
beyrichiana, Asclepias michauxii, Calopogon multiflorus, C.
pallidus, Ctenium aromaticum, Dichanthelium dichotomum,
Drosera brevifolia, Erigeron vernus, Eupatorium
rotundifolium, Eurybia eryngiifolia, Gaylussacia dumosa, G.
mosieri, Helianthus radula, Hypericum suffruticosum,
Hypoxis juncea (?), Ilex glabra, Lachnocaulon anceps,
Lobelia paludosa, Pinus palustris, Pityopsis graminifolia,
Polygala crenata, P. lutea (rare), Pteridium aquilinum,
Pterocaulon pycnostachyum, Quercus minima, Q. pumila,
Rhexia alifanus, Schizachyrium tenerum, Serenoa repens,
Stillingia sylvatica, Tephrosia florida (?), Vaccinium
myrsinites, Xyris brevifolia, X. caroliniana and Zigadenus
