Label
Large shrub in scattered copses. Bracts tan/brown,
persistent. Capsules pubescent. Leaves ~3cm x 0.5cm.
More hairs on back of leaves than front. Hairs appressed.
Stems and twigs reddish brown. Pistillate catkins ~18mm
long.
