^Branches stout. Sap not milky*, Branchlets
¿j dark purple-brown, sparsely pale lenti-
ij| cel late. Leaves dull, coriaceous^ concaye
and recurved; nerves slightly impressed
above, slightly raised below, v^ins veryH
obscure. Bracts and-calyx crinkled,
¿^purplish-brown. Outer surface of corolla
^reddish-purple below (the inffrastaminal |
Apart), purplish-orange above; inside a/-
rich orange-yellow, streaked &, mottled
x‘with reddish-brown and with a1 reddish-
^fbrown stripe under each throat scale.
^Corolla lobes pale greenish- yellow
-^above, tapering into pale green tails ip
i^o about 19 cm long. Corolla lobes
£reflexed.
