the coast, 2 km. NE of Tlacotalpan, Mun. Tlacotalpan.
18°38’N, 95°39 'W	alt. 2 m.
Roadside ditch and pasture adjacent to Rfo Papaloapan,
with Salix exigua ( ! ), Daphnopsis americana, Dalbergia
brownei, Pithecellobium lanceolatum, Euphorbia torrida,
Solanum campechiense, S. houstonii.
Shrub 3 m. tall; sap milky. Buds yellow; corolla white
when open.
