Mixed Dipterocarp forest, associates include: Shorea,
Hopea, Symplocaceae, Myristicaceae, Sindora. Red clay soil
Morphology:
Climber 6 m long. Twigs brown with white lentlcels. Leaves
dark green above, light beneath. Pedicel yellow. Corolla
crimson red, inner tube with yellow streaks. Follicle greenish-
purple. Disturbed primary forest, open area.
