Plants of California Yuba County Eleocharis obtusa (Willd.) Schuit. var. obtusa Cyperaoeae Latitude 39° 35’ 17.9’ Longitude 121 ° 05’ 41 T20N, R8E, northeast 1/4 of Section 20. Normal size plants, on wet bare soil, wet area along Lost Creek, below the high water line of Sly Creek Reservoir, about 50 yards southwest of the Day Camp, Sly Creek Reservoir. Common.
