Ecology Canopy of relatively undisturbed moist hill evergreen forest on
exposed hill top.
Habit Tree	Hgt 7 m	DBH 12 cm
Notes CROWN: open with few, stout branches. BARK: purplish-grey with
circular orange lenticels (c. 5mm diam.); inner bark pale orange
turning orange-brown on exposure to air; with fruity smell.
FLOWER: petals white.
EX HERB. HORT. BOT. REG. KEW.
