Woods on W-facing slope. Quercus alba, Q. rubra, Ostrva
virginiana, Populus grandidentata.
Tree 40 cm. in diameter. Voucher for wood specimens at
Kw, Lw, MADw, MEXUw, RSAw, the wood from an
upper branch, 8.5 cm. in diameter, 28 years old. Many
acorns.
