Flora of Montauk Suffolk Co., New York FABACEÀi Robinia hispida L. var. hispida United States of America. New York: Suffolk County. East Hampton Township, hamlet of Montauk, Montauk Point State Park, on top of ocean cliff. (4i.07020°N 07i.85793°W). Shrub; no reproductive structures present; leaflets 12, -29mm wfcte x 50 mm long, bristle tip 2.5-30 mm long; abaxial leaf surface glaucous, hairs on midvein; in association with Morelia caroliniensis, Prunus maritima, Rubusflagellaris, and Rosa rugosa. *Note-very rare. First observation of this plant in Montauk. Victoria Bustamante-1357 03 Aug. 2018 04182878
