Clump, uncertain if planted or
perhaps a casual escape, wooded
area with Liquidambar styraciflua,
Acer rubrum, between the Snuff Mill
and the Bronx Zoo. Tepals very pale
yellow; corona bright yellow.
Voucher for a DNA sample collected for the
Forest DNA Barcoding Project; funded by the
Alfred P. Sloan Foundation.
