above banks of river beyond meadow at S.E. of
town, hotel and square. Damp.
In rosette forming clumps. Sterile fronds red-
dish when young. Rachis reddish brown. Sterile
fronds reddish when young. Rachis reddish
brown. Sterile fronds mid-green above,
slightly paler below. Ht. of plant 1 m.
