Lio end of Kajana airstrip, 0.5 km S from Stonhuku village, place name:
Buckee Goon, site of Amazon Conservation Team (ACT) traditional
medicine clinic. 103 m 3°53'1.23"N 55°34'29.36"W. Non-flooded
secondary forest. Tree, 20 m, with many low branches. Exudate milky,
sticky, copious in trunk slash and twigs. Frt pale yellow, oblong-obovate,
to 15 x 7 cm, sticky exudate copious, containing small black seeds
immersed in white pulp. Common Name: mombai (Saramaccan).
Uses: Edible.
