Reserve. Below road just beyond Alakai picnic
area. Elev. ca 3670 ft.
Terrestrial on steep, shaded slope. Pinnae glossy
green above/ grey-green belcw with a slight sheen.
Spreading by long creeping stolons; also forming
tubers on stolons. With Microlepia strigosa and
Dryopteris fusco-atra in Metrosideros forest with
Styphelia, Dodonaea and Santalum.
