above mangrove zone on slopes and clifFarea; non-inundated evergreen wet
forest with canopy of Horsfeldia nunu, Elaeocarpus carolinensis, emergent
Reus prolixa, mid-stratum of Dendrocnide, Reus tinctoria, Polyscias, Maesa,
Eugenia, and Pouteria, ground flora mainly ferns.
Epiphyte on fallen tree. Rhizome long creeping, fronds leathery. Common on
tree branches in canopy.
