Woody, viny, the stems 2 cm in diameter, trailed on a
trellis, with copious milky sap. Flowers abundant, showy;
flower buds light orangish brown on outside, some of this
remaining in anthesis; corolla bright yellow, with more
orange lines in throat. The corolla expands considerably
from when first opening until it falls.
