tremuloides, Artemisia, Elymus, Symphoricarpos,
Pseudotsuga.
Rhizomes creeping; culms flattened, leaf sheaths partly
closed, leaf tip prow- like; panicle, spikelet perfect; lemma
nerves < 5 nerves, keeled, cobwebby hairs at base, lemma
awnless; palea green.
