Open gravelly low shoreline, with scattered siliceous boulders and cobbles and sparse Salix caroliniana, Cornus amomum obliqua, Hamamelis vernalis; bordering low wooded floodplain terrace dominated by Platanus occidentalis; Juniperus virginiana in disturbed areas. on fallen hardwood branch.
