In open areas where sand only slightly above high tide-line, and where sub-sand is moist.

Description
Small trees, about 4 m. (or more) tall; bark nondescript grey brown; leaves dark green above, leght green beneath; flowers irregular; corolla light cream, throat rich yellow gold; fruit light yellow-green. Phenology of specimen: Fertile.
