on trail to Camp Number 2. 29°35'59"N, 102°3'30"E; 2130-2200
m. Mixed deciduous forests with Betula, Cercidiphyllum,
Tetracentron, Lauraceae, Quercus, Acer, Lithocarpus, Carpinus,
Decaisnea,. On forest floor in deep, rich soil; with many other
ferns. Fronds tufted from erect rhizomes; lower pinnae strongly
bent downward and nearly touching each other on some fronds.
