purple with yellow markings giving a checkered appearance;
upper petals green, narrow, with slight brown markings,
arched forward and down, lip checkered, shading to yellow
at-tip, fringed with white hairs; gyandrium green, arched
up and forward; mixed evergreen forest below cliffs along
