NEW YORK BOTANICAL GARDEN
Bothwell, 10 miles east of Souris, Kings County.
Boggy hollows behind dunes. One-leaved
flowering stems solitary, from "fibrous" roots,
or once with a solitary basal leaf - these often
present alone (as vegetative plants).
