Balmoral Dam and the Hwy. 193 bridge.

43°13’26”N, 90°27’45”W. alt. 210-215 m.
Floodplain, mostly a dense stand of Salix exigua, from
shore of creek (Cyperus erythrorhizos, C. diandrus,
Penthorum sedoides) through small openings with
Persicaria punctata, Scutellaria lateriflora, Lycopus
virginicus, Sagittaria, to higher areas more like old field
vegetation with Galium asprellum, Ribes missouriense.
Unshaded sandy and muddy area near edge of Mill Creek
Leaves and inflorescence bracts glaucous below.
