T ION; R t E;NW&SWttsect. 9. 43°2r3 PN, 90°23’16”W. alt. 225 m. Pine River floodplain. Acer saccharinum, A. negundo. Tree with 2 trunks, the largest 30 cm. in diameter, half chewed through by beavers but healing. Native here and spontaneous on riverbank. Staminate. Coll.: M. H.
