United States of America. Connecticut. Middlesex Co. Middletown. Area II- on southern seepage bank of Coginchaug River near RR tressel.

Habitat
Mixed Hemlock-Hardwood; deeply shaded run-off bogs (very wet & marshy). Carpet mosses, Christmas ferns, skunk cabbage, trillium, clubmosses, horsetails. Plentiful in localized areas. Grows in thick mat over logs, rocks.
