This plant growing on shaded rocks by the
sea,
Alt. Sea level. Approx. 38°59’V/, 14°18’S.
Herb with stout creeping rhizome and fleshy
pale roots. Leaves rather brirht green,
glossy above, paler beneath with darker
veins. Inflorescence with greenish spathe,
tinged pink, turning brown. Spadix dull red
at first, later broivn.
