Terrestrial; psuedobulbs dark green; leaves medium green,
papery; pedicel and ovary green; bracts brownish; calyx
and corolla purplish-brown with cream spotting, lip 3-
lobed, 2 lateral lobes erect, tip curving forward
(falcate) dark purplish-brown, remainder of lip creamy-
white, lower lobe 3-lobed, 2 lateral smaller lobes,
curving slightly upwards, no fragrance; only one seen,
mixed -evergreen forest Kako River, small peak on E arm of
Stephen S. Tillett	Karowtipu; ca 950 m.
