  • Description

    Tree ca. 38 m tall, ca. 70 cm dbh. Bark rugose, beige, thick, turning deep red soon after cut. Wood white turning pinkish. Leaves subcoriacesous, discolor. Fruit fleshy, globose, somewhat depressed at apex, ca. 6-7 cm in diam., dehiscing into four parts at dispersal stage.
