Along roadside stretch from 5.6 to 5.9 km by road E/ENE from turnoff at Woods Well on Princess Highway on road to Culburra. Coord, ex GPS 35°59'14"S, 139°36/36,,E; preen 1 Localised population of c. 30 plants over 100 m of roadside. Eucalyptus diversifolia low open shrubland with Allocasuarina, Olearia over Pultenaea, Spyridium halmaturinum, Hibbertia spp., Acacia, Pimelea on light brown sand over limestone. Shrubs to c. 1.8 m high, usually slender, single, erect stemmed with ascending branches, less often multi-stemmed from base, stem short thickened below, (robably from breaking off original stem). Leaves dark green, shiny above (shallowly notched), stipules mid-brown, face overlapping. Inflorescence subtending leaves blue-grey, hardly notched. Flowers in bud off-white tomentose, calyx-cream white, petals cream white to mid-yellow; anthers brown and white. Capsules opening white. No seedlings apparent or first year plants. First plants seen after exhaustive search from Princess Highway turnoff. The location, along the verge on the N side of the road, had a gate in the fence opposite, on the S side. Single specimen per plant collected.
