Originally dry subtropical semi-deciduous forest on flat,
somewhat sandy soil.
Small tree 9 m. tall, 15 cm. in diameter; bark furrowed. Gets
to be 12 m. tall and 60 cm. in diameter here. Sap not milky.
Fruit green.
