on granitic slopes and savanna, 90-400 m elev.
Summit of mountain. 370 m elev. Tree 4 m tall
Flowers epicaulous. Flowers with petals light
yellow, anthers yellow. Outer bark corky;
inner bark hard, red, fibrous,
n.v.: kahka1 yo1; waneye pimen. Firewood.
