Secondary tropical moist forest near summit
of Cerro Pelado, alt. 200-220 m. 1 km N
of Gamboa.
Tree 15 m tall, 40 cm dbh. Abundant odorless
flowers. Hood pale greenish, anthers dark
brown, pistillodes greenish yellow. This
species common at summit.
