Shrub, 2m; stem silver/beige; petiole pink-
green; veins white; sepals burgundy/cream,
disc red; roots cylindrical, surface color
orange/brown, inner skin yellow, pulp yellow.
n.v.: a'nacosomam (a'nacos=the eye swelling
that results from crying)
Use: Tuber is edible when cooked; it is fast
cooking.
