green; veins white; disc orange, ovary green
w/burgundy; roots fusiform, smooth, surface
color orange-brown, inner skin pink, pulp white.
n.v.: tsallellem (came from Nueva Aldea)
Use: Tuber is edible and can be made into
'Masato' (cassava beer).
