Shrub, 1.5m; stem silver-orange; petiole
white; veins white; sepals burgundy/cream,
disc red, ovary green w/red; roots fusiform,
surface color orange/brown, pulp yellow.
n.v.: morra'temam [morra'E:=mamacaraca or
unacalaca (animals)]
Use: Tuber is edible and can be made into
'Masato' (cassava beer).
