Shrub, 3m; stem silver-yellow; petiole red;
veins pink; sepals burgundy, disc red, ovary
burgundy; roots fusiform, horizontal, smooth,
surface orange-yellow, pulp white.
n.v.: yetsnorromam (yetsnorr=a plant in the
forest)
Use: Tuber is edible and can be made into
’Masato' (cassava beer).
