Riverside agricultural field of Francisco Soto and Rosa Jimenez. - Shrub, 3m; stem beige; petiole green; veins white; disc burgundy, ovary green w/burgundy; roots cylindrical, horizontal, surface orange/brown, pulp white. n.v: huellomam (we££=a particular bird with a red neck) Use: Tuber is edible and can be made into 'Masato' (cassava beer).
