Shrub, 3m; stem yellow-silver; petiole pink;
veins white; sepals green/red, disc red,ovary
green w/burgundy wings; roots cylindrical,
horizontal, long, thin, surface brown,pulp white
n.v.: poffchenrromam (this yuca breaks when it is
taken from the soil)
Use: Tuber is edible and can be made into
'Masato' (cassava beer).
