veins white; roots cylindrical, horizontal,
long, surface color red-orange, inner skin
creaftt-colored, pulp yellow.
n.v.: atamam (ato'=tapir, sachavaca)
Use: Tuber is edible and can be made into
'Masato'. (cassava beer).
