Agricultural field of Rosa Lourdes; informant: Inez Francisco. Field flat, floods once every 3-4 yrs. - Shrub, 3.5m; stem orange; petiole red; veins pink; sepals green, disc red, ovary green w/ burgundy wings; root fusiform, hori- zontal, surface color brown, pulp white. n.v: huasachemam (named after 'wasach' tree, Erythrina, which has red flowers.
