roots fusiform, horizontal, rough, surface
color orange-brown, inner skin purple-pink,
pulp white.
n.v.: canipamam (canipa=last name of a person,
a mestizo from canipa valley)
Use: Tuber is edible and can be made into
'Masato' (cassava beer).
